Odyssey offers Academically Talented students an opportunity to pursue their passions in a setting that will also foster their innate ability. The program centres on the importance of addressing the unique needs of high-ability students and fostering their potential for advanced learning, creativity, and problem-solving. Students will be able to apply their own lens over their learning and have an active input into the direction of their study, the design of their tasks and the outcome of their participation in the program.
Academically Talented students are often the innovators, scientists, artists, and thinkers who tackle society’s most complex challenges and drive progress. They demonstrate a readiness to go beyond conventional standards, requiring more depth, complexity, and pace in their studies to remain engaged and reach their full potential.

Students are selected and invited into the Program on the basis of one or more of the following;
• Standardised testing results
• Teacher identification
• Ongoing Academic progress
