Harmony Day is an annual celebration in Australia held on March 21, dedicated to promoting cultural diversity, inclusiveness, and respect for all people regardless of their background. It serves as a reminder of the importance of embracing multiculturalism and fostering harmony within communities.
Harmony Day is a fantastic opportunity for us to celebrate the rich cultural diversity that we have at Emmanuel. To celebrate the day in 2024, Year 12 students organised for us to enjoy delicious food from a selection of food trucks, recognising and appreciating the rich tapestry of cultures, languages, and traditions that make up the Emmanuel community.
